As the license plates say, Aruba is One Happy Island. Aruba is blessed with near-perfect weather, diverse terrain, and friendly natives. Feel the breeze on the beach, drive an ATV through the desert dunes, or enjoy the inventive Aruban cuisine and you'll leave with a smile on your face.

This is just a generic shot of the famous Aruba lighthouse. You can see why they need one on this part of the island - the shore is very rocky, and the waves are huge and crashing. It would not be pretty if a boat crashed into that part of the island.
