As the license plates say, Aruba is One Happy Island. Aruba is blessed with near-perfect weather, diverse terrain, and friendly natives. Feel the breeze on the beach, drive an ATV through the desert dunes, or enjoy the inventive Aruban cuisine and you'll leave with a smile on your face.

Here's a shot of some of the shops in downtown Oranjestad (the capital of Aruba). You can see the Dutch influence in their architecture! All of the buildings resembled these, and were painted in pastel colors.
