Yes, it is Las Vegas and you are probably right about the Rio, I always get the 2 mixed up. It was on a tour that week took with Showtime Tours and they brought us there. Really cool thing to see... best art was it's FREE! :)

This is Las Vegas right? i would'nt be sure because I never saw this show and I love Las Vegas and liven there so long I never been to the Riviera because I never knew it had stuff like that before. I are you sure this is'nt the Rio all-suite hotel off the the Strip on Tropicana next to Palms and Gold Coast. If that is the case then I have seen the show. It's called 'Mardi Gras' SHOW IN THE SKY.
