On our final night at the Iberostar Grand, we decided it was time to enjoy some great (authentic) Mexican cuisine at one of the restaurants at our hotel. As much as I loved having surf-n-turf and other fine eats each night, the Mexican dishes were a much welcomed treat. By the way, the chicken mole dish was excellent!
